STRUCTURE OF THE ORGANIZATION AND DIRECTIONS OF ITS ACTIVITIES
1. Research Department
Functions:
1.1. Services for carrying out applied research work on the subject of the Organization on the basis of contracts with industrial enterprises and by order of government authorities.
1.2. Services for conducting fundamental scientific research on the subject of the Organization on the basis of grants.
2. Scientific Consulting Department
Functions:
2.1. Services for scientific guidance in writing scientific abstracts, monographs, dissertations.
2.2. Scientific consulting services for scientists, teachers, graduate students, students on the subject of the Organization.
2.3. Services for the provision of expert opinions, reviews of various scientific works (articles, monographs, dissertations) on the subject of the Organization.
3. Scientific publishing department
Functions:
3.1. Services for conducting and organizing participation in scientific conferences and exhibitions.
3.2. Services for the publication of scientific monographs, textbooks, collections of scientific conferences, scientific abstracts, treatises, etc.
3.3. Services for the distribution of scientific and educational publications, including through an electronic store.
4. Educational department
Functions:
4.1. Services for delivering a course of lectures to a group on the subject of the Organization, including a course of lectures to improve the qualifications of specialists.
4.2.Services for conducting seminars and individual lessons on the topics of the Organization.
5. Scientific and practical department
Functions:
5.1. Services for conducting sociological surveys, market marketing.
5.2. Services in the form of legal advice on the digital economy.
5.3. Services in the form of economic consultations for manufacturers on the topic of the digital economy.
5.4. Services for the introduction into production of patent products, databases, developed computer programs on the subject of the Organization.
6. Scientific Council of the Organization
Functions:
6.1. Qualification assessment of the Organization's employees based on the results of the year.
6.2. Evaluation of scientific works of employees.
6.3. Control over the novelty of developments and compliance with copyright.
7. Organizational support department
Functions:
7.1. Financial control and accounting.
7.2. Submission of financial statements to government authorities.
7.3. Concluding partnership agreements and employment contracts with employees of the Organization.
7.4. Legal support of all transactions and contracts of the Organization.
7.5. Managerial functions in searching for customers, employees, and partners of the Organization.
7.6. Management and control functions over the activities of all other departments of the Organization.
Management and general coordination and control over the activities of all divisions of the Organization are carried out by the Director, working on the basis of the job description and the Charter of the Organization.
Scientific leadership and general scientific coordination of the activities of the research department, scientific consulting department, scientific publishing department, educational department, scientific and practical department and the Academic Council of the Organization is carried out by the scientific director of the Organization.
Each department of the Organization operates on the basis of official instructions, and employees - on the basis of concluded employment contracts or partnership cooperation agreements.
